Van Alstyne Junior High was placed in a Hold status this morning (per Standard Response Protocol) due to a medical emergency. As a precaution, students and staff were asked to keep the hallways clear while school officials responded to the situation. The hold has been lifted and all school operations have returned to normal. The safety and security of your child is our top priority. We will continue to keep you informed about important concerns at our school.
